Return Policy
Bifano will extend a "Return Policy" to Customers who purchase products directly from Bifano. If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, the product can be returned by contacting Bifano within seven (7) calendar days of receipt date (as confirmed by shipping proof of delivery). The refund does not include shipping or handling charges.

| A re-stocking charge may be levied. Returned products must be in as-new condition with the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required by the customer from Bifano to return products. The RMA must be attached to the outside of each box to be accepted by our shipping department. |
