By accessing and placing an order on woodease.com (the Web site) the user agrees to the following terms and conditions as set out below:

Payment Terms
Payment terms are within the complete discretion of Bifanoclockworks.com. (Bifano). Bifano must receive payment or deposit prior to accepting the order. Payment or deposit for orders can be made by credit card, wire transfer, bank draft, money order or some other prearranged payment method. We cannot accept C.O.D orders. Orders are not binding upon Bifano until accepted by Bifano. Any quotes given by Bifano will only be valid for the period stated.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order with the balance, including shipping costs, to be paid prior to shipping. Bifano staff will make every effort to contact the customer prior to processing the balance of payment.

All prices and Internet sales are in US$ dollars. Shipping will be identified separately on Bifano invoices. The Customer is responsible for all goods, service and sales taxes applicable to each order.

Title to the product passes from Bifano to the customer at the time the Product leaves the Bifano factory. Bifano will take responsibility for damage or loss to the product that occurs in shipping. Ship dates are estimates only. Bifano is not responsible for delays in shipping or failure to meet the stated date of arrival.
